Moses K. Cheboi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi (1992) and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (1994) and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya admitted to the Rolls in 1995 and is a Commissioner for Oaths.
He is an alumni of Moi High School, Kabarak, 1987-1988 (‘A’ Level);  Kabarnet High School 1983-1986 (‘O’ Level); Olenguruone DEB 1977-1982; and Mama Ngina Primary School, Nakuru 1976-1977 (Primary Level).
He served as a Member of Parliament for fifteen years (15 years) representing the larger Kuresoi – 2002-2007 and later Kuresoi North 2013-2022.
